知道双蒸饭吗?

共和国60周年纪念：消失的词典之“双蒸饭－清华大学新科技”！
　　
　　双蒸饭：这是大饥荒中一项自欺欺人的发明中“粮食信用增量法”中的一种。原理类类似于那个著名的笑话：搓一搓肉多。
　　
　　双蒸饭的专利属于“北京清华大学”。1960年，饥荒进行到水火交加的时候，据报道毛主席都吃不起红烧肉了，清华大学党委成立了工作组，进食堂专门研究“增饭法”。发明了双蒸饭，并开始在全国范围内广为推行。
　　
　　所谓的双蒸饭，就是在火饭蒸好之后，揭盖洒上水又蒸一次。第二次蒸饭，盖子必须盖紧不得漏气，加大火让蒸汽把饭冲泡。双蒸饭十人松软，不需要咀嚼，从感觉上要比单蒸饭饱肚子
　　
　　在已故作家“路遥”的小说里，详细地记录了双蒸饭在悲情普及。其实双蒸饭就是水分多，饱得快饿得也快。事实上好多人吃了双蒸饭导致了浮肿，甚至加快了死亡。
　　
　　类似于双蒸饭的“粮食食用增量法”在大饥荒中层出不穷，1959年5月，辽宁省黑山县卫星公社创造出来将玉米先蒸、后磨、再煮的“玉米食用增量法”。1960年1月，上海市川沙县推出旨在提高“出饭率”的先进烧饭法，将原先粳米一斤的出饭率，从2斤提高到2斤8两。同月河南省创造将原粮煮到六七分熟后中，从汤水中捞出，再用水磨将原粮磨成糊状，把酵母放在面糊中，发酵后送入蒸笼蒸熟。其结果是用传统方法蒸馍，一斤面只能蒸出1斤馍，最多只能出2斤，采用增量法后，1斤面可以蒸出5斤馍。
　　
　　双蒸饭产生的大饥荒，是指中国大陆地区从1959年至1961年期间由于“大跃进”运动及牺牲农业发展工业的政策气愤下马看花全国性的粮食短缺和饥荒。在农村，经历过这一时期的农民称之为过苦日子，过粮食关，歉年。在民间，流传着中国政府因为向苏修还债而导致饥荒的说法。
　　
　　但即使在普及双蒸饭的年代，我国仍然抽出大量的粮食进行国际援助。资料显示，1960年聊了对几内亚的援助外，还有15000吨小麦支援阿尔巴尼亚。1961年8月，老挝来函要求支援稻种，中共决定援助15吨。《人民日报》报道：1963年5月1日，跃进号万吨轮船从青岛启航前往日本途中触礁沉没，船上装着玉米近万吨，以及矿产品和其他杂粮。
